This is a list of questions you will need

How
do I reserve a rides for my event?
You
may fill out our form visit form page then
select your date. Then fax back or email back to our office. You
can also reach us directly at (888) 818-2373. We are
available in most times of year 24 hours a today.
What
is your previous ride ticket gross?
We
normally need previous years gross numbers to base whether you qualify
for us supply rides at your event. We do however offer rental for
all of our rides.
How
many rides can you bring to our event?
We
can bring as many rides as the committee is willing to commit to
following our guidelines.
How
far in advance should I make my reservation?
You
should make your reservations as soon as possible. Our units are
very popular and sometimes we are booked up weeks, months or years in
advance. Weekends are our most popular rental days so book them early.
How
much room is needed ?
You
will need to provide a area for the units based on number and size of
event.
Can
you set up on any surface?
Yes,
our units can be set up on grass, concrete or even indoors. Please note
the area must be free of rocks, sticks and other sharp objects. Please
let us know what surface you would like the unit set up on when booking,
this way we can have the proper anchors available.
Will
you supply an attendant for my event?
We
can provide an attendant for each unit you rent. There is a $15 per
hour, per attendant charge, with a minimum of 2 hours required. Please
request an attendant when making the reservation so we can make the
proper arrangements.
Can
I pick the time that you deliver and pick-up the bounce house?
You
decide on the specific rental time and we'll be there anywhere from 30
minutes to 2 hours before that for set up. You do not pay for set up
time. Rentals are for jumping time only. We pick-up the unit after the
party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact
time is needed please let us know and we will work with you.
Will
I have to pay a delivery charge?
There
is normally a small delivery fee. However some areas do not
require a delivery charge.
What
kind of power is required?
All
units must be within 50 feet of a 15 amp electrical outlet. Mechanical
Ride will require a larger power source.
What
if I need a generator?
We
have a generator available when needed. There will be a $65 charge on
all generators.
Are
your units safe?
Yes,
providing all the rules outlined on the operating procedures page of
your rental contract are followed. Furthermore, all of our units come
equipped with a safety entrance/exit ramp.
What
if it is rainy or windy?
Extreme
Action Amusements reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to
heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the
renter. We will call on the morning of your party to confirm the
reservation. At that time you have the option of canceling your order.
Should you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions,
once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather
conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds.
Does Extreme
Action Amusements have insurance?
YES!
We are fully licensed and insured to operate in several states.
When
is payment due?
Payment
in full is due upon delivery. Payment in cash, personal check with ID,
or money order is due at time of delivery.
